Creamy Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 apple
  • ¼ avocado

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds, or until creamy.

Note

The following nutrients are covered in this recipe:

  • Minerals: Magnesium and zinc 
  • Omega 3 fats 

Remember to drink at least 2L (8 cups) per day of plain water, preferably glass bottled water.
