Directions
- Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Core the apple and pear, and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Cut the cucumber and celery into manageable pieces.
- Peel the lemon and ginger. In a juicer, add spinach, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, pear, kiwi, lemon, and ginger.
- Juice all the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency.
- Stir in the chia seeds and pumpkin seeds for an extra boost of nutrients.
- Pour the juice into two glasses and enjoy.
Note
- This juice is rich in fiber, zinc and selenium.
- Celery is beneficial for sealing back the intestinal lining and providing relief from the leaky gut.
- Remember to drink at least 2L (8 cups) per day of plain water, preferably glass bottled water.
