Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa and almond milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the quinoa is cooked and fluffy.
- Once the quinoa is cooked, stir in the cinnamon and vanilla extract.
- Divide the cooked quinoa into two bowls.
- Top each bowl with mixed berries, sliced almonds, and chia seeds.
- Drizzle brown rice syrup on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
